LEGAL PROCEDURES IN DUBAI

Obtaining the NOC (No Objection Certificate)

Signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and placing a 10% deposit

Title deed transfer at the Dubai Land Department – fee: 4% registration fee

Title registration

Collection of the title deed

Signing the final contract

Payment of the down payment

VISA OPTIONS:
Golden Visa (10 years):

Allows multiple entries and is renewable

Requires a minimum property value of AED 2 million (approx. €487,000)
3-Year Investor Visa:

Requires a minimum property value of AED 750,000 (approx. €183,000)

Renewable as long as the property remains under the investor's name
These visas allow you to reside, work, and study in Dubai.
